Attorney Norma Samra earned a law degree from Santa Clara University and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986. Immediately following her graduation, Norma became an Associate Attorney at the firm Mentz, Finn, Clarke, & McDowell. There, she specialized in administrative law, primarily handling workers’ compensation defense cases.
Her focuses include family law, probate, guardianship, personal injury, trusts and estates, and workers’ compensation law.
